Subscription Refund Policy

This subscription refund policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscription services provided by Digital Purpose, Inc., a corporation registered in the State of Indiana, United States, and located at 9800 Connecticut Dr., Crown Point, IN 46307.

Subscription Services

Our subscription services include various digital marketing services that are billed on a recurring basis (“Subscription Services”).

Cancellation and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or postal mail. The cancellation will take effect from the date we receive your request.

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your Subscription Services until the end of your billing period.

We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial use of Subscription Services or for any unused Subscription Services if you cancel your subscription.

Refund Exceptions

Under exceptional circumstances, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our subscribers (“courtesy credits”). The provision of such courtesy credits in one instance does not entitle you to courtesy credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide courtesy credits in the future under any circumstance.

Digital Purpose, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time in accordance with this provision. If we make changes to this Policy, we will post the revised Policy on our website and update the “Last Updated” date.
