Now, more than ever Google reviews are a must have for any business that has a listing online. Google is the first point of contact for many people searching for services and products online. According to a survey by Bright Local, 97 percent of consumers read online reviews before making a buying decision in 2017.
In this video I’m going to show you how we’ve set up our Google review request process, using email marketing and marketing automation to streamline the process. You don’t need marketing automation to do this but it does help to automate the process. You can use any email marketing service such as ConstantContact, or MailChimp.
