Subscription Cancellation Policy for Digital Purposes

Subscription Cancellation by Subscribers

Subscribers may cancel their subscription anytime by contacting us at our office telephone number or through the email provided during the subscription process.

After receiving the cancellation request, the subscription will be discontinued at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made beyond this billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations within the current billing cycle. The subscriber will continue to have access to their subscription until the end of the current billing cycle.

Subscription Cancellation by Digital Purpose

Digital Purpose reserves the right to cancel a subscription at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, a breach of our Terms of Service, non-payment of fees, or if we believe that the subscriber’s actions may cause financial loss or legal liability for Digital Purpose or our users.

In the event of such cancellation, the subscriber will be notified by email or telephone, and any prepaid fees for the remaining portion of the subscription term will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, excluding cases of breach of our Terms of Service where no refund will be issued.

Changes to the Subscription

Digital Purpose reserves the right to modify or change pricing for our subscriptions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes that may affect their current subscriptions.
